NB Algo Trade operates strictly as a developer of technical analysis software (Expert Advisors and Indicators) and a provider of educational content. We are not a Financial Advisor. We do not offer fund management, investment solicitation, or any guarantees of financial returns.

2. Risk and Limitation of Liability

Investing in Forex, Gold, and Derivatives involves significant risk. You agree that executing trades and configuring software parameters are done entirely at your own discretion and risk. NB Algo Trade shall bear no liability for any losses, damages, or account margin calls resulting from the use of our software, whether caused by system errors, broker execution, or market volatility.

3. Copyright and Software Usage

All software, algorithms, and content on this website are the intellectual property of NB Algo Trade. Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Modifying, altering, or attempting to Reverse Engineer the compiled software files.
• Reproducing, copying, or reselling the software without explicit written permission.
• Exploiting personal Licenses for commercial or unauthorized distribution.

* If a violation is detected, we reserve the right to revoke your License immediately without a refund.

4. Live Account Licensing

Live account Licenses obtained through our Introducing Broker (IB) partner programs are strictly bound to the trading account number provided during registration. Licenses cannot be transferred or reassigned to a different account number unless requested through official support channels under specific conditions.
